Like ouch. Seriously.

I injured my lower back in 2007 and it has gotten way worse. The doc diagnosed me with Sciatica. Basically I have a bulging disc on my spine that is pinching a nerve. Sitting hurts. Sleeping hurts. Driving hurts. I know my dad would say "only focusing on the negative just brings more negative energy your way" but god this shit sucks ass.

Electrical currents shooting down my leg, constant throbbing back pain, and not playing soccer is BRINGING ME DOWN holmes! On top of all that it's winter, and the very thing that helps me get through this godforsaken season is indoor soccer, and now I can't play. I'm SO FRUSTRATED....and fat.

What an Unhealthy day it twas yesterday

Bubs and I went over to CC & J.U.'s last night. There was so much food there it was disgusting. Including the above work of art CC created with over 40 twinkies, 4 pounds of guac and other dips, heck he even used a medical syringe to apply the sour cream lining of the field. Nothing better than stuffing a bunch of snack food in my face, pounding beers, and watching t.v. on the couch for 5 hours straight. I'm an American Goddammit! Oh and gambling. I forgot we gambled over things like what side the coin toss was going to land on, if Courtney Cox was going to get on stage and dance if Bruce Springsteen played Dancing in the Dark, to which team will throw the first challenge flag. There were a lot of boys yelling loudly in my face that's for sure.

Pretty sick game tho, huh? Fitzgerald is ridic. He made Kurt Warner look better than he really is. Roethlisberger has got some pretty quick tosies for getting out of several sack-worthy situations.
